Polyurethane expanding foam is a expanding foam, expanding frequently used for insulating gaps, sealing around newly-installed windows, sealing cracks or gaps in old roof structures, and prevent energy loss.

This foam glue spray is dispensed through a contractor grade gun for control and ease of use.  The gluing polyurethane foam gun can be metered down which allows precise control of the flow output. And after you squirt it out, it usually looks like a thick, solid yellowish foam that expands over time as it dries and hardens.

Appliacation:

- Sealing cracks or gaps on the walls or doors
- Installing panel in cold storages.
- Sealing and combining cracks between wall and the pipes through the wall.
- Mainly used in sound insulation, thermal insulation, waterproofing, in civil and industrial construction, cold storage, industrial electricity, Automotive , etc.

Features:

      - Can work well in normal environment (5°C to 35°C). Ideally at 18°C to 25°C

      - Working ability of hardened foam glue from -35°C to 80°C

      - Hardened Polyurethane expanding foam can adhere very well to materials such as concrete, cement, metal, wood and plastic.

      - Density: 19±6 kg/

      - Tensile strength: >8N/cm2 

     - Expanding time: 60 minutes

     - Thermal conductivity: 0.037W/(m.K)

      - Dry time: 10±2 minutes

      - Packing: 750ml/ can- 15 can/scarton.

      - Waterproof: 0.03%

      - Expanding productivity : 5-6 times

    - Compressive strength: 2.1N/Cm2
