These eco-friendly cementitious wood-fiber panels not only liven up a room with design variety, but they also reduce echo and reverberation through sound absorption. Wood-fiber panels can transform the aesthetics and acoustics of any interior space.

Material
It is made from 65% pine wood fiber and 35% Portland cement.The fibres are mineralised, a procedure which, while retaining the mechanical properties of the wood, stops the process of biological deterioration, renders the fibres completely inert and increases their level of fire resistance. The fibres are then coated in Portland cement, bound together under pressure in order to create a stable, resistant, compact and long-lasting structure.

Construction method

A. The walls construction
(1) if there are wooden keels (brushed a layer of fireproof) on the wall, nail the boards to wooden keels directly.
(2) if in the higher floor or higher request of fireproof, use light steel keel not wooden, fix the board to the light steel keel with self-tapping screws.
(3) if there is no keel on the wall, glued with seccotine.
B. Ceiling construction,The same as the walls construction.
